I really am sorry to say I am tired of this forum becoming a bash Young Israel board and that a number of people every post is about hating YI.
The fact that yesterday which is the beginning of the 3 weeks they continue to spew their hate says it all.
And to bring Jonathan Pollard into it (which I am sure the Pollards have spoken to many people) just shows their level of hate and that clearly there are some political reasons they don't like YI. If they really felt YI was given the Pollards bad advice they would write to them.
To be fair I think YI does have problems but they are not alone in this. I for the most part have had bad experiences with Rabbi's and feel they are only interested in helping people and causes that are politically correct and are very nasty otherwise which I Have had to deal with in the last 12 years started in my mid 20's when I was very naive.
I really feel this isn't helping anyone this constant bashing of YI and I has had no effect on me. I know there are two sides to every story and most Orthodox shuls are not very hospitable to people that don't fit politically correct cause and YI is not better or worse in this respect. Also always putting down groups that are easy and it is PC to put them down.
